The Nigerian Feederal Government has confirned through the special advicer to the presidency(media and publicity) to have dialogue with the islamist group Boko Haram.
According to the statement made by Abu Muhammad, who claimed to be the second in-command to the sect’s leader, Abubakar Shekau,that there is ongoing talks between the government and the sect.
But, Boko Haram spokesman Abu Qaqa, in an e-mail statement last week, denied that the group had been meeting with government officials as widely reported in the media.
