Man bought island

A rich guy(Larry Ellison) bought himself an hawaiian island.The island which was said to have been changing hands since about150 years ago has a population of
more than 3000 people on it's 141 square miles land,with no traffic lights or movie theater.It has only one gas station and three main roads which now belong to the new owner,
The faith of the residents of the island is still unknown as the new owner is yet to say anything about it to the public
